Initial consultations are complimentary and do not obligate either party to enter into a service agreement. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.

Payment Terms

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Moss Creek Landscaping, LLC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Property and Site Conditions
The client is responsible for disclosing all known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards on the property prior to service. Moss Creek Landscaping, LLC. is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities or infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
All content on mosscreeklandscaping.com including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Moss Creek Landscaping, LLC. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
